About Me

I am Vishal Kumar Singh, an undergraduate student of the department of Mining Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur enrolled in its dual degree course with specialisation in Financial Engineering. Originally from Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, I am currently a boarder of Rajendra Prasad Hall of Residence. Having spent almost three years in Kharagpur, it has enabled me to transform a major part of my personality and given me a platform to enrich my experiences.

Working with dedication and zeal, Kharagpur has instilled in me a sense of bonding with the people around me and made me a team player. Being involved in different activities at the hall and institute levels has helped me believe that by working strategically with right intentions and a well coordinated team, we can achieve all sets of goals. So in gratitude, I wish to serve the community I reside in, to help Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur transform into a world class institute
